What chances of getting cheated on because of visa status (student visa/ h1b visa)?
If US citizen divorced women (Indian nationality - 30 year) marries to student visa / h1b visa guy via shaadi.com. Does anyone think that guy just marry for the visa status? How to avoid this kind of circumstances? How to know the boy is reliable and will not cheat? What are the laws that are in the favor of US citizen which we need to aware before this kind of situation arise?
Actually, I am a victim of fraudulent marriage. My ex came to United States from India (I sponsored him). He run away from marriage after getting green card.
Any ideas?
