On 06/12 I received 3 notices - first was: case became documentarily qualified, but then second one: please check if any column says ‘Pay Now’, ‘Invalid Doc’, ‘Incomplete’ or etc. (There was Incomplete, but we already sent them the documents and it was approved, but then they needed another same documents); and the third one was another notice, that the case is documentarily qualified, but when I go check, it says incomplete. And it stayed the same even until now. I don’t know what to do and if that’s an error? Has anyone expirienced this? Thanks!
