Does RFE for i485 halt the processing of i130?

Me and my spouse filed i130 and i485 package. Some months ago, we got a RFE for affidavit of support. I did not send the evidence requested til sometime last week. Status tool shows they received it and are continuing to process the case. However, we recently abandoned AOS by leaving the US without advanced parole (same week I sent back the evidence). My question is, has my I-130 been processing independently of the i-485 and therefore timeline not affected by the RFE? Also, do I have to inform the USCIS of the abandonment of AOS so they can process the I-130 solo?

Edit: I read that you file i-824 to change AOS to Consular after petition is approved. Is it possible to get it changed before this to avoid the delay? I hear it can be up to 6-12 months.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means?
