Currently we are applying for my wife’s green card. She is on a student Visa and has an I20. The Visa itself expires in a few weeks. On the green card application it asks us to provide the Visa used for entering the country. So, should we put the current visa even though it is expiring? Or should we put the I20? Or does this mean we will need to renew the the visa before we can go for the green card?
