Immigration to join US Army

I live in New Zealand and are interested in serving in the U.S Marines, To enlist the only relevant requirement to overcome is being a LEGAL RESIDENT (citizenship not required). You can immigrate to the US as a legal resident by being sponsored for a job do you think it would be possible to:

Be sponsored for immigration by the US ARMY to work at the US ARMY.
