Hi all, I'm working toward my husband's spouse visa so he can live with me in the states. We first met in the states when he was on a J1 work visa (we worked at a summer camp together).
So, briefly: My husband already got his biometrics done two years ago for his J1 visa, is there any chance at all that the embassy might just use his old biometrics so he doesn't have to go in for a medical before his interview?
(For those wondering, we have submitted everything to the NVC and are currently waiting to get DQ'd. And my husband is from the U.K. so we'll be dealing with the embassy in London.)
