F-1 Adjustment of Status Query

Hello!

I’ve been in the U.S (from UK) on an F-1 visa for the last few years. My husband (US citizen) and I are now beginning the process of Adjustment of Status for a marriage-based green card, however, the Fall term is impending. Due to COVID and complications with my family’s financial situation, I can no longer afford my tuition. Regardless, we had planned to file beforehand so we were already gathering documents. I intend to drop out of school for a while, work and save up before going back and completing. However, this will put me out of status with my F-1 visa. We were planning on submitting our I-130 and I-485 concurrently within the next month before the Fall term starts. Upon receiving the first NOA - will I be eligible to stay although I’ll be out of status with F-1 while the application is processing? I’m a little confused on the rules with eligibility to stay while your application is processing. TIA :)

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form!
