I’m in the process of applying for the K1 fiancé visa. We have our appointment in February and I’m getting the papers ready. My case is a bit different. I filed from abroad and live abroad with my partner. I just finished my masters and will be searching for a job once we arrive in the US. My parents are co-sponsoring my fiancé.
From my understanding, we all fill out (the sponsors) the I130 form. Should I include a letter explaining the situation? Does anyone have experience with this that can offer some advice?
