How to fill taxes when switching from F1 to H1B in 2020?

Hi everyone!

I have questions regarding 2020 taxes. I arrived in the US in September 2018 under my F-1 visa. Then in September 2019 I started my OPT and finally on October 1st 2020 my status changed to H1B. So in 2020, from January 1st to September 30th I was under F1 (not paying FICA taxes), and from October 1st to December 31st I was under my H1B status (paying FICA taxes). I have my W-2 but I can't figure out how to fill my taxes correctly this year since I was under my F1 for most of the time.

How do I fill my taxes this year?

I read different stuff about the substantial presence test or filling as a dual status, or getting FICA back because it doesn't count for this year as I was mostly an F1. I'm so confused, if someone has any answers for me it would be very much appreciated!! :)
