I-130

So I have both my parents already in the process for the I-130. They have both passed their paperwork and are now waiting for interviews. I have just been presented with the opportunity to work in Italy. My question is must I remain in the United States while they get approved and move into the United States or can I move to Italy and continue to sponsor them.
