Me and my husband got married in October. We didn’t start any immigration process yet. In March I’m planning to visit him in the US on ESTA and I’m wondering if we can start a CR1 visa application while I’m there?
Of course I’m not planning to stay more than 90 days. I’ll still return home, just wondering if it’s okay to start since I’m not in my home country:) please let me know, thank you!
