Am i eligible for stimulus check? Please help.

Hi guys! So here's my situation,

I just recently came back here in the US last month. I was away for 5 years because i was studying in the Philippines. I graduated in April and came back here last month December. I'm a green card holder and i do have a SSN. I used to work at Walmart before for 3 months when i migrated here in 2014. I was 20 years old at that time. Now i'm already 26 and i'm currently living with my parents temporarily while I'm looking for a job. Am i eligible? If so, what do i need to do? I made some research and found out that the deadline for submitting info in the IRS website was Nov 21, 2020. I wasn't aware at that time as i was still in the PH. I've seen that there is a way where you can get a Recovery Rebate Credit by filing 2020 Form 1040 but my problem is i don't know how to file my tax since i wasnt around for 5 years and i did not accumulate any income from the last 5 years. What do i need to do?

TL;DR

Migrated in 2014, green card holder, have SSN > Worked at Walmart for 3 months > Stayed in the US for just about 6 months > Came back in the PH to study > Going in Guam every summer vacation to maintain permanent resident status > Graduated college > Came back here in the US last month > Living with parents temporarily while looking for a job > Eligible?

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
