There has been a serious amount of speculation of OPT and STEM OPT being stopped this week by an EO. My question is: Isn't stopping these two programs just closing the gate for H1B applications?
If we consider for example, that OPT is actually scrapped. What options can a student who studied in the USA have to apply for an H1B visa and continue work ?
