Sorry if this isn’t the best place to ask. I’m a Canadian citizen who came to the US on a K1 visa and have filed for my AOS. Can I apply for a US drivers license? I have read conflicting things online that you need a SSN and some say you don’t but there might be a residency requirement. I do not have a current Canadian drivers license.
