TN visa for a Canadian applicant

Hello everyone,

I am currently working with my OPT in the U.S., which will expire on 7/31/2020. Recently, I found a job to sponsor me at a pharmaceutical company as a pharmacist. I would like to know if it's possible to apply for the TN visa at this time?

Also, where exactly can I go to apply for the TN visa?

On USCIS website, it says I can apply at the port of entry and show them documents. So do I have to go to Canada and then apply for the visa when I re-enter into the U.S.? Is there any way I can apply for the visa without leaving the U.S.?

I apologize for so many questions. Thank you so much in advance!
