Quarantine for essential worker after returning to US?

Hi all,

I am a physician resident going back to Canada from the US at the end of the week, and will be staying in Canada for a week before returning back to the US. I am a Canadian citizen on a TN visa that is currently active.

I understand that per the document below, healthcare workers would be considered essential workers, meaning that I should be able to cross back, right?

Also, will I be required to quarantine for 14 days on return to the US? Or is that not required?

Thanks
