Hello, im hoping someone has the answer for this question, my mom just became a permanent resident at the beginning of the year, she was living in Mexico before, im not able to add her to my health insurance, is she able to apply for covered California and get help to pay for her health insurance or because I'm sponsoring her do i have to pay for her health insurance out of pocket? She doesn't work yet due to the pandemic but I'm not planning on claiming her on my taxes next year or anything like that so she really has no income.
