I am currently in Poland, I have an offer to study in Italy for a year. Do I need to go to my home country (South Africa) or can I stay in Poland and apply from here? I am in Poland because I am in the process of getting my Polish Resident card, I don’t have it yet therefore I’m not a resident of Poland yet.
