Hello! So my boyfriend and I are pretty serious. We want to get married and everything but I can’t afford college anymore and me not being able to afford it means that iss will revoke my visa.
What can we do/what route can we take so that I can stay in the USA?
Also I’m sick mentally. Dealing with a lot of shit so staying in school rn for me is not possible at all.
The lawyer I talked to told me that even if we are married and the I-130 gets approved I won’t have grounds to stay in the us. What can I possibly do? Him and I don’t want to have a long distance. Need help ASAP.
I’ve been in the USA since January of 2020 if that helps. We need answers desperately.
