Hello everyone! I am an European citizen on OPT visa currently working in the US. My visa will expire in a while and my company would like to keep me. One of the options is to apply for the Greencard, work remotely while the application is in process and come back to the US once I get approved and I can resume working here. I have a few questions:
Has anyone else went through this same process? How was your experience?
Will I have to pay taxes in the US even if I won't be living here?
Any suggestions?
