Working in U.S.

Hey there! I graduated from Penn State with Civil Engineering degree last year and went back to my home country. Now I regretted my decision for not finding job in US because I couldn’t find myself a suitable job for me in my country and life in US is way better than here. I’m happier living there.

How do I get a job there? Should I apply for the job first, or apply for the visa first?
