Question about Green Card & LPR status

Hi all

I just finished my current education and look to move back to the US. We previously lived in the US for about 1 1/2 years, as my dad was sponsored by Texas Instruments and I through him.

On my Green Card, it says it's vaild until 2024. We haven't been in the US since 2016. Am I correct in assuming that the Green Card is valid until 2024, but my Lawful Permanent Resident status is expired? So would I only have to find a way to renew the LPR, but not get an entirely new visa? Or can I move back to the US with only the Green Card and then deal with the LPR after I returned?

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: ​ " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case.
