POE on new H1B

Wanted to hear from some experiences on POE. Does it matter what city/state you arrive into the US after H1B approval/stamping? I am aware that we are allowed into the country 10 days before the employment start date. The city my LCA was approved in is in texas but I would like to fly into another state to do some family visits before I start employment during those 10 days and then fly to the city where I will be performing my job duties. Does anybody know if that is allowed or if it will create issues or red flags in the port of entry?

DS-260 Have you ever attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?

Ok so I’m not sure what to put down here, I have a high school diploma and currently attending college! So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer!
