My STEM OPT application was delivered on 11th May but my money order still hasn’t been cashed. I’m getting a little worried. I chatted with an agent today and they said it takes 60 days to generate receipt numbers due to Covid-19 delays. Isn’t that too long a wait time? Also, on the chat with Emma, it says if your money order hasn’t been cashed, it means your application may have been rejected at the lockbox. I’m getting a little panicked. Will sending an email to lockbox support help?
