So I submitted an I-130 back in March. It’s still pending at the Texas office with no change. I’m due to PCS back to the states in August and finally got hard copy orders with my spouse and daughter on them. I submitted a request to expedite the process but still waiting for an email. What is the likelihood of it getting approved?
I should have went the dcf route but wasn’t knowledgeable on this prior to filing as it seemed to be forgotten about during Covid.
