Hi all. My partner (USC) and I applied for my K1 visa in London in March. (At the time legal weddings were not allowed). I’m now thinking twice about this option and worried about the timescale. Would abandoning this, getting married and filing as a spouse be a crazy idea? Just can’t get my head around the potential delays.
