Is the minimum 20 hrs/week work requirement on OPT still waived due to COVID?

I know the rule has always been that you need to work 20h or more per week to maintain your status on OPT. But I just found out a great internship that’s only 19h / week. According to ICE and SEVP guidance for school year 21/22, the 20 hours rule is still being waived ? Just need some clarification before accepting this great internship and move across the country for it.
