immigration scam going around the internet
Just fyi. I have been seeing a lot of immigration scams making their way across the internet. I contacted one and was basically told for a fee, in this case $10,000, they can guarantee me immigration and work status in the US within 30 days.
Im american and thats not how it works. You have to apply for immigration and depending on the country it can take years, or even more than a decade, to get approved. Some countries you can only immigrate based on a lottery system. Parts of the middle east they investigate your life for years before you are approved.
Immigration to the US isnt free nor is it cheap but you dont have to have a lawyer or special company to make it happen. You just need to fill out the paperwork and pay the fees and wait in line.
