I130 application transfer

Hi All,

I applied for I130 application on April 1st 2021. I got a receipt saying my application is being processed at Nebraska service centre. However when i called USICS last week, I was told that my application has been transferee to potomac service centre 😓

This has processing time much higher than Nebraska service centre. Does anyone know whats the reason for this change? Also not sure why didnt i get any notification on the transfer.
