How to get in touch with an agent when calling the USCIS National Contact Center?

We submitted our I-751 back in February 2020 and the latest update was “Interview was cancelled” on September 2020.

We have since then sent a Service Request and still no response. When calling the national contact center the robot answering the call never let us talk to a representative and keep on ending the call. Anyone has any suggestion on how to get a hold of an agent or get information about our case?
