How can a foreigner come to the United States on a K-1 visa if his/her partner is a US citizen who's incarcerated? Let's say the foreign fiancé(e) has a clean record, but the other person in the relationship (who is the US citizen) is in prison and has a long sentence (25-50 years or more).
