Hi everyone, let me explain my situation. I'm in a long-distance relationship with my partner, who is from the USA, I'm from Europe. We talk for 8 months and we decided to go into a relationship. I planned to visit her with my valid ESTA, but the plans were changed and we would like to live together. She is the mother of two small children and we would like to create a family because I like to make my partner happy and help her.
Her father would give me a job because that workplace is hiring new employee and he has a big word there. I would live at her place and basically all I need is a work permit and a residence permit.
And here's the question what should I do to get permit to work and stay in the US, if I already have some basic things in the US, I mean a place to work and a place to live.
