First Time H1B 2021 directly from India - Approved, waiting for stamping

Hi,

I am currently in India and interviewed with US company. The company has extended an offer and got my H1B approved in premium processing a month back and I already got my i797. I am currently in India but have been lucky to get the H1B appointment date of August 26th since the appointments opened.Since my start date is October 1st (plan to travel last week of September), do I need to get NIE or any kind of special approval before my visa appointment?

Please guide, thank you!
