Does someone in the processing of their adjustment of status through marriage qualify for Medicaid ?
Okay so my wife qualifies for Medicaid by their typical requirements ( income, people in the house ect ect ) but me and her are adjusting status. That's the curve ball. She doesn't have her green card yet would she still qualify ?
