I have been admitted to the US for a master's program in fall 2021. My graduation has been delayed a little due to the covid related circumstances in India and my final exam is in the first week of July. Considering this I'll probably not recieve my final transcripts till around 1st week of August.
Is it okay if I apply for my visa appointment before getting it, considering that slots are scarce as it is?
