Hi everyone,
We have recently applied for marriage-based green card, roughly 18 months into our marriage. Given the average processing times, which seems to be around 1 year, (Marriage to a citizen, within the US) I expect our interview to be after our 2nd year anniversary. I was wondering if the 2 year rule applies to the time of filing or the interview.
