Applying for B2 after getting rejected the first time

I applied for B2 around January 2020 to visit my sister who is doing her MD in the US. My parents got the visa but mine got rejected. I had around 6 months work ex (graduated in 2019). I’ve been planning to apply again this year since I have a cousin(H1B holder) that’s getting married soon in the US, but I’m scared after the rejection last time. Still working at the same place, so over 2 years work ex. I do plan on getting my masters in a few years, in my country(India) or somewhere else, not certain about it right now. Will getting rejected again have any affect on my chances with F1 if I decide to apply to the US? Should I even try applying again? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
