Hello my wife (pending 485 application for spouse) and me (USC) are planning to travel back to her home country next June to visit her family. We would be there for approximately a month. Would we be okay applying for Advance Parole with this (vacation) as a reason or would it ultimately be denied? This would be our only international trip we have planned.
