Hi, I’m from Australia and my spouse is a US citizen. We’ve just hired a lawyer to help with our cr1 visa. When collecting documents, he asked for our birth certificates, marriage certificate etc, but only one photo of us as a couple. I presumed we would provide more evidence of the relationship at a later stage. However now I am reading that it is better to front load the petition and present all relationship evidence when you file the petition? Is this true?
