Start the Green Card process on Waiver Visa

Hi, I am Swiss and planning to migrate to the US as soon as possible. The reason for relocating soon is that one of my wife's family members is not doing well. My wife is American. We have two kids that also have American passports. Together we have been living in Switzerland for the last 5+ years.

I plan to fly to the US on the US waiver visa program and start the Green Card process in the US (concurrent filing I-130 and I-485). My visa is likely going to expire before I become a lawful resident. I will consult an attorney before executing those steps but hoped to get some helpful advice from Reddit in the meantime.

The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
