I moved to the U.S. from England in 93 and still have my resident alien card. I’ve never been interested in giving up my British Citizenship, even though technically I can have dual citizenship. I just don’t want to renounce my British citizenship. 😀🇬🇧
The only thing I can’t do is vote. I still get to pay taxes though, lol, plus own as many guns as I want, which I do. 😀🇺🇸🔫
