Back in October 2020, I submitted a DS-160 as a first step to get my TN visa. The appointment for the interview at the Consulate in Mexico kept being pushed back and the Employer decided to rescind the offer. Since, I have been offered a position at a different company and wonder if I need to submit a different DS-160. I have already paid the visa fee and want to avoid having to pay again.
