I am married with my wife and hold green card for over three years which I am qualified to apply for N-400 but the problem is my case of removing condition on the 2 year green card has not been approved by the USCIS yet. Am I still eligible to apply to get my citizenship? Or I have to wait until my 10 green card to arrive? Thanks a lot guys.
