Hello, So my wife and I just got married and we are now looking into starting the I-130. We both live in Korea but I am American and she is from Uzbekistan. Since our marriage certificate is in Korean will we need to get it apostilled to show we are married or would a simple translation of it suffice. We will be doing the process here in Korea.
