I read that the Biden Administration has decided to delay the H1B wage hikes till next year. I wanted to know if that rule has any chance of being passed, and if it does, how much would it help reduce the backlogs for Indian and Chinese immigrants working in companies like Google/Facebook that offer very high salaries which are usually on par with what is offered to citizens.
