Should I delay marriage-based AOS interview when close to 2 years of marriage to receive green card with no conditions?
I married a USC in early 2020 and my I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. However, the processing time range for my field office falls very close to my 2 year anniversary. Because I know there’s a fee to pay and a second interview to go to in case my interview is scheduled before our 2-year anniversary to remove conditions of conditional green card, does anyone know if it’s a good idea to postpone the interview for a few months to get an unconditional green card instead of the conditional one?
