Scheduled for an interview, I-693 Medical Examination?

Hi, we are scheduled for our interview and it mentioned to bring Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (if required). Is this required? This is the first time hearing about this. We submitted our paperwork for immigration and work permit about 9 months ago.
