Hello I am a US citizen filling out these forms to sponsor my wife who is outside of the US. I was curious if I file form I-130 online, can I send form I-130a in the mail? Or would it be better to fill out both using the paper application and send them in a packet? Also am I allowed to fill out I-130a for my wife? I understood that if the beneficiary is outside of the us that form does not need to be signed. If anyone has any tips please share. Thank you :)
