Can someone still adjust with an expired visa, but unexepired I-94 please?? (It's for spouse of LPR) The visa is expired, but the I-94 issued by the officer will be expired in a few months. 1- Can the person still go ahead with the AOS? Or is she out of status since the visa is at least expired? 2- Can she apply for an extension with the expired visa while waiting for her spouse to get his naturalization interview?
