Born in the country India. Working in USA on L1A since 2015. Left with 1 year on my visa to reach 7 years cap.
All these years, my employer kept pushing me back and didn’t start my green card process for many reasons. Last year also my employer didn’t helped indicating wait times are too high.
Question: Now (April 1st visa bulletin) EB1C became current for India. I have left with 1 year visa, can I get started on EB1C process now? How long does this will take to get at least EAD advance payroll?
